Our Solutions

Finance Leasing
-
A finance lease provides access to the latest equipment through regular rental payments.
-
The leasing company (lessor) buys the asset and rents it to the business (lessee) for a set period.
-
The asset is returned to the leasing company at the end of the lease.
-
Initial costs are typically lower than other credit forms, such as hire purchase.
-
Payments are evenly spread across the lease term, with the lessee committed to all rentals.

Operating Lease
-
An operating lease is ideal for businesses that need equipment but cannot justify an outright purchase.
-
It offers a solution for companies with limited budgets or functional assets that do not require immediate replacement.
-
Customers pay a fixed periodic rental (+VAT) over an agreed period.
-
Full, unrestricted access to the asset is provided during the lease term, and the asset is returned at the end of the contract.

Asset backed finance or Hire Purchase
-
A hire purchase agreement helps companies manage the cost of new equipment and machinery.
-
Customers pay the full VAT upfront and make repayments over an agreed period before gaining full ownership.
-
To lower rentals, options like part-exchange, deposits, or balloon rentals can be included.
Invoice Finance
-
Invoice factoring allows businesses to sell outstanding invoices to a financing company for a fee.
-
This provides instant cash flow to manage daily operations, payroll, and other costs.
-
Businesses can receive up to 90% of the invoice value upfront.
-
The remaining amount is released once the customer pays the invoice, minus any service fees.
-
It’s a valuable tool for SMEs to unlock immediate funds from pending invoices.

Sale & Leaseback
-
In a sale-and-leaseback, a company buys an investment object and then sells it to a leasing company, leasing it back for continued use.
-
This process also applies to used investment objects or real estate.
-
The advantage is that it allows a company to raise hidden reserves and gain liquidity in the short term.
-
Sale-and-leaseback is suitable for special orders and complex leasing objects.
